Thank you for choosing to rent a room at the Bodyworks Health Clinic.
Room Rental is charged at 18€ per hour (inc all local taxes). Discounts may be available for block bookings.

We make every effort to ensure the correct room is available but we operate on a “first come, first served” basis, you will receive a confirmation email from the system.
Payment for your room rental
- We require a credit or debit card to be held on your account
- Additional time over what is booked will be charged in half hour increments
- Payment is required on the day via cash or card
- Invoices can be printed or emailed as required
Room Rental includes:
- All expenses such as electricity, water, heating, air conditioning
- Cleaning service
- Waiting room for patients
- Kitchen area with fridge, water filter, kettle and coffee machine
- Water, tea or coffee for clients
- Tissues
- Room for a leaflet or business cards to be left in reception
- Use of the address, website, email or phone number of Bodyworks Clinic
Room Rental does not include
- Credit Card payment Services
- Marketing of your services
- Invoicing of clients
- Malpractice and public liability insurance
- Calendar management
Additional points
- Use of our address or logo for promotional purposes must be confirmed with reception.
- Use of our address for correspondence / package delivery can be arranged.
- The last appointment currently offered during the day is 16.30 to allow for administration / running late as the clinic closes at 18.00.
- Additional hours can be arranged on a case by case basis.
